| Code of practice
The objective of the Code of practice is to clarify what can be expected
from the service in term of competency, procedure and ethics and making sure
that communication across language and culture is carried out consistently,
competently and impartially.
1. Competence
You can expect me to:

Have a written and spoken command of English , Haitian
Creole, French and Spanish,
including specialist medical terminology. |

Possess the ability to interpret accurately, fluently
and appropriately between English , Haitian Creole, and French. |
